Jasmine Farnsworth, Founder and CEO

Jasmine, an Army veteran, has harnessed her experiences across the military, corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors to form the foundation of our consultancy. Jasmine's dedication to learning is underscored by her academic pursuits. She holds a certificate in facilitation from Georgetown University, an MBA from East Carolina University, and she is currently on a quest to attain her Ph.D. in Adult Education. Her thirst for knowledge, coupled with her real-world experiences, ensures that our services are informed by the latest research and practical insights in the field of adult education and talent development.

Dana Lukens, Chief Operating Officer

Dana is a seasoned executive with a remarkable background in global operations and supply chain management. With over 15 years of experience, Dana has honed her expertise in managing organizational change and driving efficiency and excellence. Dana is the driving force behind our operational success and ensures that all of our client’s projects align with change management best practices.

Kayla Gaska, Head of Digital Design

Kayla is our lead creative, bringing a unique perspective and artistic touch to all of our projects. Having collaborated with independent TV production houses, major TV broadcast and radio stations, a semi-professional sports league, and local technology companies in Seattle, Kayla brings a wealth of experience and versatility to every project. Proficient in a comprehensive suite of software, including Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, Camtasia, Storyboard, PowerPoint, and Sketch, Kayla combines technical expertise with a keen creative vision, ensuring each project is a masterpiece in its own right.

Ellis Bishop-Wright, Learning Experience Designer

Ellis is a learning and development professional with over 15 years of experience in education and training. After teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels for 10 years, he joined the corporate world and quickly expanded his skills to create leadership development programs for underrepresented talent. He holds a PhD in Education along with certifications in Prosci Change Management and ATD L&D consulting and program evaluation. Ellis is also certified in The Leadership Challenge and DiSC. His passion is helping leaders and teams bring out the best in themselves and each other and drive performance at the highest levels.

Cherri Prenot, Lead Instructional Designer

Cherri possesses a strong background in applying adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and industry best practices to develop customized and innovative eLearning programs. She has extensive experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and leveraging various tools and technologies, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 Suite, and other authoring tools, to produce high-quality and interactive learning materials. Cherri's mission is to empower learners with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their personal and professional goals.
